Can I have my order delivered?

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

  • Order Handling Time: 0-1 days (Monday - Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5-7 days (Monday - Friday)

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with Fargo Courier to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Shipping Locations:

We ship within Kenya.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  • Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
